In such cases, no refund will be provided for unused package sessions.

7. A/A* Grade Guarantee Programme

For select premium packages (only when agreed in writing for consultancy programmes), Mr K Psychology offers an A/A* Grade Guarantee. This guarantee is our commitment to your success and reflects our confidence in the proven tutoring process.

The Guarantee

Get an A or A* in AQA A-Level Psychology, or get your money back.

If you enrol in a Guarantee Package and do not achieve at least an A grade in your final AQA A-Level Psychology exam, you will receive a FULL REFUND of your tutoring fees upon submission of your exam results.

How Does the Guarantee Work?

The guarantee is contingent on you following the proven success process and completing ALL of the following requirements:

  1. Attend All Weekly Sessions
You must attend all scheduled weekly tutoring sessions throughout the academic year. Absences are only permitted with 24 hours notice, and missed sessions must be rescheduled and completed.
  2. Complete All Assigned Work
You must individually complete all revision work, homework, and preparation tasks set by your tutor. This typically involves no more than 2 hours per week of independent study, including broader reading and coming prepared to each session having revised the relevant material.
  3. Complete All 52 Past Papers with Feedback Implementation
You must complete ALL 52 available AQA A-Level Psychology past papers (minimum of 1 per week). Every paper will be marked by Mr K Psychology with detailed personalised feedback. You must demonstrate that you have reviewed and implemented the feedback provided. This process has been proven to work – all students who have achieved A* grades have completed every single past paper and engaged fully with the feedback process.

Evidence Requirements

To qualify for the guarantee, you must provide evidence of compliance with the above requirements, including:

  • Attendance records for all sessions
  • Completion of all assigned homework and revision tasks
  • All 52 marked past papers demonstrating progressive improvement
  • Evidence of implementing feedback (via marked re-attempts or subsequent papers)

What the Guarantee Includes

Students on the Guarantee Programme receive:

  • Weekly one-to-one tutoring sessions for the full academic year
  • Bespoke resources created specifically for your learning needs
  • Comprehensive marking and feedback for all 52 past papers
  • Around-the-clock WhatsApp and email support
  • Weekly check-ins and progress monitoring
  • Personalised study plans and exam strategies
  • Access to all premium Mr K Psychology resources

Why This Process Works

This structured approach is proven and evidence-based. It is the same process that led to Mr K achieving the world’s highest A-Level Psychology score. Every student who has followed this complete process has achieved an A or A* grade. The guarantee exists because we know the process works when students fully commit to it.

Important Clarifications

  • Your commitment matters: We cannot study for you or sit the exam for you. Your success requires your full engagement and effort.
  • The guarantee is conditional: Failure to meet any of the three core requirements (attendance, completing work, all 52 past papers) will void the guarantee.
  • Support provided: You receive significant support (valued at up to £10,000 worth of tutoring, resources, and personalised feedback) to help you meet these requirements.
  • Track record: This process has a 100% success rate when students complete all requirements.

How to Claim Your Refund (If Applicable)

In the unlikely event that you complete all three requirements but do not achieve an A or A* grade:

  • Email a copy of your official exam results statement to mrk@mrkpsychology.co.uk on or shortly after results day
  • Provide evidence of completion of all three guarantee requirements
  • We will verify your compliance and process a full refund within 14 days

The A/A* Guarantee is only available on select premium packages where explicitly stated. Standard tutoring packages do not include this guarantee.

8. Educational Disclaimer

While we are committed to helping you achieve the best possible results, please note:

  • Tutoring is a supplementary service to support your school-based learning
  • Academic success depends on many factors including your effort, engagement, school teaching, and exam performance
  • We make no guarantees regarding specific grades or results (except where explicitly stated in A/A* Guarantee packages)
  • University admissions decisions are beyond our control and are not guaranteed

No Results Guarantee (Standard Packages): For all tutoring packages EXCEPT the A/A* Guarantee Programme, we do not guarantee specific exam results. Your success is influenced by your individual effort, school support, and many other factors. Tutoring provides support and guidance but cannot guarantee outcomes.

9. Online Session Terms

Platform

  • All sessions are conducted via LessonSpace online tutoring platform
  • You will receive a unique session link via email before each session
  • Camera and microphone must be functional and enabled during sessions (for safeguarding purposes)

Technical Issues

  • If LessonSpace experiences technical difficulties that significantly disrupt the session, we will reschedule at no additional cost
  • Minor technical glitches (brief disconnections) will be resolved during the session time where possible
  • Technical issues on the student’s end (internet connection, device problems) are the student’s responsibility
  • Sessions will not be extended or refunded due to student-side technical problems

Session Conduct and Safeguarding

  • For students under 18, a parent or guardian must be present in the home during all sessions
  • Both tutor and student cameras must remain on throughout the session
  • All communication must be professional and appropriate
  • Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed in writing by both parties
