5 Refund Policy — Digital Products

No Refunds on Downloaded Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once you have accessed or downloaded a product. We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a digital product has been accessed.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product does not meet these standards, you are entitled to a remedy — see the Faulty Products section below.

Faulty or Inaccessible Digital Products

If a digital product is faulty, corrupted, or cannot be accessed due to a technical issue on our part:

  • Contact us at mrkpsychology1@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase
  • Describe the issue in detail, including any error messages or screenshots
  • We will provide a replacement file within 24 hours
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued promptly

What Does Not Qualify for a Refund

  • Change of mind after downloading or accessing the product
  • Purchasing the wrong product (check descriptions carefully before purchasing)
  • Dissatisfaction with style or content preferences
  • Failure to download within the 30-day access window
  • Compatibility issues with your device where these are not caused by a defect in the product
Before purchasing: Please review all product descriptions and any available previews carefully. All digital product sales are final once the product has been accessed.

5A Subscription Products — Recurring Payments

Recurring billing: Subscription products involve automatic recurring payments charged at regular intervals until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method at each billing cycle.

Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of subscription during which you may cancel for a full refund — provided you have not yet accessed or used the subscription service. Once you access the service, the cooling-off right is waived and the cancellation terms below apply.

How Subscriptions Work

  • Billing begins on the date of your initial purchase and recurs monthly (or as specified at checkout)
  • You will receive email confirmation of each successful payment
  • Your subscription continues until you cancel
  • If your payment method fails, we will contact you and may suspend access until payment is updated

Pricing

  • Subscription prices are displayed at checkout before purchase
  • All prices are in GBP
  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days’ email notice; changes apply from your next renewal date

Cancellation

Cancellation Requirements:
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • You must provide at least 72 hours’ notice before your next billing date
  • To cancel, email mrkpsychology1@gmail.com with your cancellation request
  • Cancellations received with fewer than 72 hours’ notice will take effect after the next billing cycle
  • You retain access until the end of your current paid period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by statute

Access Upon Cancellation

  • Access is granted for the duration of your active, paid subscription only
  • Upon cancellation, access is terminated at the end of the current paid period
  • We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions for violations of these Terms
  • Your subscription data (e.g. progress records) may be retained for up to 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted

Free Trials

  • If a free trial is offered, the duration and post-trial pricing will be clearly stated at signup
  • Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand with the required 72 hours’ notice
  • One free trial per customer
Auto-Renewal Reminder: By subscribing, you explicitly agree that your subscription auto-renews and your payment method will be charged at each renewal until you cancel.

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. By purchasing, you agree to our collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
